PRECISION MACHINING
Australian precision machining with CNC and manual machines
CNC EXPERTISE
Jenera purchased its first CNC machine in 1982 to support a rapidly expanding business. This was potentially a risky investment given that the machine cost more than the company turnover for the year! From humble beginnings, Jenera now boasts 17 CNC machines and manual equipment – that are critical in supporting customers with prototype and/or low volume requirements.
Our machines have been specifically sought to cater to most needs. A number of our lathes are equipped with bar feeders to support mid-to-high volume requirements, while other machines are better suited to low volume requirements. Jigs and fixtures are used extensively to support repeatability.

Jenera specialise in the machining of many different types of materials. Mild steel, tool steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminium, titanium, copper, plastic, rubber, and much more. Our cutting tool partners work closely with us to ensure that we have the most cost effective machining solution for any given material or requirement that a customer may have.
